Commission process:

I do portraits on request and other subjects can be taken into consideration.

Whenever is possible I prefer to take pictures of the sitter with my own lighting system and camera equipment.

Before that, I normally discuss with the sitter about the pose, expression, lighting and narrative elements in the scene.

Once I get the pictures, I make a first selection and then I work together with the sitter in order to find the best photograph.
When the selection is made the work can start!

If there is no chance to meet with the sitter I always ask for a good quality photograph.

A generic portrait sizing approximately 70 X 50 cm is completed in about 3 weeks.

The price of a commissioned painting depends on its complexity, size and contingent extra expenses.
